— About Our Palo Alto Service
The trusted nanny agency Palo Alto families call first
A Palo Alto childcare plan frequently follows the school map — Walter Hays, Duveneck, Jordan or Greene, and Palo Alto or Gunn High, alongside Castilleja, Stanford-affiliated, and Bowman options. We build each search around that real calendar.
Bilingual nannies in heavy demand. Mandarin, Spanish, and French bilingual caregivers are among the most requested profiles for the Palo Alto families we serve. We weigh language fluency together with childcare experience and household fit.
Academic support at home. Stanford- and venture-capital-adjacent households often want a nanny who can support homework through AP-level math and writing. We look for candidates who can bring structure and encouragement to after-school hours.
A hand-curated Palo Alto search. Full-time, part-time, live-in, and newborn placements are matched to each household's schedule and values rather than pulled from an impersonal database.
