1. Tell us about your family. Fill out our family application. It covers your schedule, your children, the duties you need covered, and what matters most to you.
2. Let's talk. We schedule a phone call to go over the job, your schedule and your questions, and we explain how our process, fees and guarantee work.
3. Meet your candidates. We start with qualified nannies already in our network and recruit additional candidates when needed. You receive each candidate's profile, experience and references.
4. Interview. We coordinate phone, video or in-person interviews, and you keep interviewing until you find the right fit.
5. Trial days. We recommend one to three paid trial days so you can see how a nanny works with your children before you decide.
6. Agreement. We help with the offer and a work agreement covering things like guaranteed hours, vacation and holidays.
